The name of the recipe may sounds large although
the recipe is easy to make . It will be kids favorite as well as adults. It is
simple to make with the available ingredients in the pantry.
Requirements :
Potato – 3
Oil – 2 tsp
Chilly powder – ½ tsp
Honey – 2 tbs
Tomato puree- 2 tbs
Salt as required
Method :
Cut the potatoes into
finger like strips.
Cook the potato fingers to
three fourth.
Heat the oil in the pan ,
add the potato fingers and sauté well till golden brown. Remove from flame.
In a pan , add the tomato puree and cook till
raw smell leaves.
Add required salt.
Add the chilly powder and
potato fingers.
Toss gently not to mash
the potato fingers.
Take off from flame and
add the honey , mix well.
Transfer into serving
plate.
