This chaat is slight a variation of biscuit
chaat. In this I used carrots to make it more healthy.
Requirements :
Sweet biscuit – 4
Sev – 1 tbs
Grated carrot – 1 tbs
Imli chutney – 1 tbs
Mint leaves
Garlic chutney – 1 tbs
Method :
Arrange the biscuits in
the serving plate.
Spread the chutneys on the
biscuit.
Sprinkle sev and carrot.
Garnish with mint leaf.
Serve immediately.
