Curry leaves
is one of the main ingredient used in the south Indian cuisine. This leaves is
rich in iron content and is best for anemic people. Good for hair growth. This podi
can be taken with idly , dosai or rice.
Requirements :
Curry leaves – 1 cup
Tuvar dhal -1tbs
Urad dhal – 1 tbs
Dry chilly – 5
Asafotedia – small piece
Rock salt – to taste
Method :
Dry curry leaves in shade.
Dry roast each ingredients separately.
Grind into coarse powder
along with salt.
