Bread pakoda is easy to make snack. Its making is same as our normal bajji. Using bread gives a sweeter taste to pakodas. Bread while be available in each home , whenever unexpected guest turn up these pakodas are easy to make within minutes. serve these pakodas with tomato sauce / any chutney.
Bread slices – 10
Besan flour – 2 cup
Rice flour – ¼ cup
Chilly powder – 2 tsp
Asafotedia – a pinch
Salt as required
Mix the flours , salt , asafetida and chilly powder, curry leaves with water to make a thick batter of bajji consistency.
Heat oil in the frying pan.
Cut the bread slices into required shape.
Dip each bread piece in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
