This is another variety of paratha , it is a flavourful paratha. It is simple and easy to make.
I had spring onion , so thought of adding it to the dough and it came out into a flavourful paratha.
Wheat flour – 2 cup
Chopped spring onion – ½ cup
Chilly powder – ½ tsp
Salt as required
Water for kneading
Take a bowl and mix the wheat flour , salt , chilly powder and chopped spring onion .
Sprinkle required water and make into a soft and firm dough.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Make into small round balls and press into thin paratha.
Cook in hot griddle with a spoon of oil.
Repeat for the remaining dough.
Spring onion paratha is ready to serve.
Serve with any spicy gravy. We had with gobhi mattar.
