Black eyed pea sweet sundal / Thataipayaru inipu sundal



   This sweet sundal will be more healthy as we are adding jaggery which is rich in iron.
Requirements :
Black eyed pea – 1 cup
Jaggery – 2 tbs
Cardamom powder- a pinch
Grated coconut – 1 tbs



Method :
Cook the soaked black eyed pea.
Heat a pan , add the jaggery with half a cup of water and let it boil.
When the syrup boils , add the cardamom powder and grated coconut.
Add the cooked pea and mix well.
Sundal is ready to serve.
