This rice is easy to make. It is good for those who are suffering from throat infection and cold. Pepper increases the appetite. Cummin improves digestion.
Cooked rice – 2 cup
Pepper – 1- 2 tsp
Cumin – ½ tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Dry roast pepper and cumin and ground into fine powder.
Heat oil ,add mustard seeds , curry leaves and onion. Sauté well.
Add cooked rice and mix well.
Add the grounded powder and mix well.
Serve with potato chips.
Can be made with leftover rice.
Add pepper according to your spiciness.
