This dosa can be made with the mint chutney. If you had leftover mint chutney, use it by spreading it on dosa.
Dosa batter – 2 cup
Leftover mint chutney – 1 cup
Pour a laddle full of batter in the tawa and spread into a thick dosa.
After one minute , spread mint chutney on top of dosa and cook with closed lid.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or onion raita.
Variation : for kids , can spread grated cheese on dosa.
