VEGETABLE UPMA

INGREDIENTS:-
·     Sooji / rava  -2 cup
·     Carrot         -1/4 kg
·     Beans        - ¼ kg
·     Tomato    - 4
·     Green chilly - 5-6
·     Onion     - 2
·     Curry leaves  -  few
·     Coriander leaves – few
·     Oil -2tbsp


METHOD:-
·     Roast rava in a dry pan and keep aside.
·     Heat a pan and add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal and chana dal.
·     Add onion and curry leaves. Then add vegetable and tomato. Sauté till half cook.
·     Then add 4 cups water and allow boiling. When water boils, add roasted rava slowly and stir till it cooks.
·     Garnish with coriander leaves.
·     Serve with coconut chutney or sambar.
